What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
  • Lead and refine ABA programs with fidelity and innovation.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Track progress, analyze data, and adapt plans proactively.
  • Partner with families to ensure cohesive, compassionate care.
  • Contribute to team meetings and help shape our evolving practices.
  • Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices.


What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong ABA knowledge and clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality care


Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with EHR and data collection tools
  • Parent training and family support expertise
  • Specialized skills in verbal behavior, social skills, or complex needs
