Position Overview
As the Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Senior Analyst for NCA (North & Central America), you are a key member of the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team; reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation (NCA). You will contribute to the success of Ball by providing analysis and recommendations to support Ball Beverage Packaging NCA. You will provide support, analytics and recommendations for cost out initiatives and investment / business case analysis, working closely and cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance & Growth teams.

Position Overview

You will contribute to the success of Ball by providing analysis and recommendations to support Ball Beverage Packaging NCA. You will provide support, analytics and recommendations for cost out initiatives and investment / business case analysis, working closely and cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance & Growth teams.
Your Key Areas Of Responsibility Include
- Support analysis of strategic investment opportunities across the manufacturing network – from scenario analysis to business case creation, through to AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) preparation. This includes, planning analysis and financial analysis, using inputs from the Growth, Supply Chain Planning & Execution and Finance teams.
- Support the long-term quarterly Strategic Planning cycle (3-5 years), including the annual RSM (Regional Strategy Meeting) and AOP, work closely with the Supply Chain Planning & Execution team and Growth teams.
- Support the maintenance of longer-term planning models, including network optimization and competitive advantage analysis.
- Retrieve sales, production, inventory, and financial data from various systems and reporting tools to leverage into larger analyses.
- Work cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Growth teams to provide analytical support to major/transformational cost out initiatives and global initiatives aimed at efficiency gains.
- Support preparation of presentations for various stakeholder groups, including regional executive leadership, operations, supply chain leadership and global leadership teams.
- Work collaboratively with the regional strategic capital project team and support them meeting project requirements, developing reporting capabilities, and work with other analysts to align processes across regions.
- Manage regular team data maintenance, including but not limited to the regional footprint funnel, project \financials, and recurring Executive Leadership Team project updates and actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or other business-related discipline.
- 3 or more years of experience in an analytical role in supply chain, finance or other functions that required analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets.
- Demonstrated skills:
- Producing effective presentations of financial/operational analysis or complex data sets.
- Maintaining financial and operational models.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data management and visualization tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or other relevant Master’s discipline.
- Hiring Salary Range: $74,600 - $104,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
