Amaara Networks, Inc. requires an IT Support Engineer who can manage hardware, operating systems, and on-site technical environments without supervision. The role demands direct hands-on work with servers, workstations, and data-center equipment in a fast-moving operational setup.
Responsibilities
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers across Dell, Lenovo, HPE, and SuperMicro.
- Diagnose and repair workstation and PC issues across varied environments.
- Manage Windows and Linux operating systems, including updates, performance checks, and incident handling.
- Support deployments inside data centers, including racking, stacking, cabling, and equipment validation.
- Work with GPU systems and AI-related hardware components as required.
- Assist with networking tasks involving switches, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Deliver on-site technical support for internal teams and customers with clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and asset movement.
- Travel for project-based assignments when required.
- 1 to 5 years of technical experience in IT, infrastructure, or data-center environments.
- Experience with enterprise servers from Dell, Lenovo, HPE, or SuperMicro.
- Competence in workstation and PC repair, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Exposure to GPUs or AI hardware preferred.
- CompTIA certifications or comparable training preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working fully on-site in a fast-paced technical setting, with readiness for occasional travel.
