Our client is seeking a dedicated EHS Supervisor to join their team. As an EHS Supervisor, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and environmental stewardship, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement EHS strategies that support organizational goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture through employee training and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage EHS-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits, and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
• Lead workplace injury investigations and collaborate with leadership on corrective measures.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• B.S. Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, servicing medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise software applications.
