What's the Job?
- Develop and implement EHS strategies that support organizational goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture through employee training and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage EHS-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits, and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
- Lead workplace injury investigations and collaborate with leadership on corrective measures.
- B.S. Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, servicing medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise software applications.
