What you will be doing

The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the care services department, including planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating the community's overall clinical operations under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care. They work collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and to implement the community core programs. They will be responsible for assessing resident needs in the Assisted Living/Memory Care setting and for planning and implementing resident services as outlined in the resident service plan. The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations will serve as a liaison between third parties and the facility.

  • Oversee the assessment process within Clinical Operations, including upon admission, per the service agreement, and as needed.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to Care Managers.
  • Initiate, implement, and review resident service plans per resident service agreement and provide direction to care managers, med techs, and care assistants on appropriate care.

Education

About you

  • Associate's degree or higher in Nursing

Experience

  • A knowledge and interest in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
  • Management experience preferred in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
