About Advanced Therapy Clinic
Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills. - Flexibility and fluid with managing a caseload.
- Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans.
- Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
- Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
- Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients.
- Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available.
