Job Summary
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator is instrumental in managing and optimizing our inventory levels, ensuring the availability and accuracy of goods and materials for customer orders. This role requires close collaboration with the operations team to efficiently plan inventory movements and restocking across various locations, as well as meticulous management of our enterprise resource planning system. The Supply Chain Coordinator is expected to be a critical player in the management and optimization of our inventory levels, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of inventory management and coordination to successfully fulfill outbound customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator is expected to be a critical player in the management and optimization of our inventory levels, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of inventory management and coordination to successfully fulfill outbound customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, restocking based on predetermined targets, and ensuring rotations are properly executed.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to manage inventory accuracy.
- Enter production work orders and issue purchase orders for raw materials as required, ensuring timely receipt of orders.
- Analyze inventory movements and assess inventory to identify risks of expired goods, resolve any holds at copackers, and explore opportunities for efficiencies in stock levels.
- Review and assess inventory costs, exploring opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors, production partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain efficiency and manage inventory accuracy through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Proactively identify and address any potential inventory-related issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain operation.
- Support outbound shipments and customer order fulfillment to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work on-site at our HQ in Philadelphia.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in the CPG industry.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and principles.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
