A fast-growing exterior remodeling company is looking for a Construction Operations Manager ready to bring structure, consistency, and strong field leadership to a busy workflow. This role functions as the operational Integrator for the leadership team — the person who keeps projects moving from sale → scheduling → install → closeout without the wheels coming off.

Construction Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong background in construction, exterior remodeling, roofing/siding
Experience overseeing multiple crews and coordinating 5–8 trades
Ability to manage job readiness, scheduling, and daily production flow
Hands-on ability to conduct jobsite inspections, punch lists, and repairs oversight
Comfort operating as the Integrator for leadership: implementing processes and maintaining communication flow
Experience managing or supporting Project Managers; holding teams accountable to documentation and standards
Comfort partnering with office staff on job files, invoices, reports, and scheduling
U.S. citizenship (required)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Oversee project movement from sale → scheduling → install → closeout
Conduct jobsite audits, quality checks, punch lists, and closeout reviews
Align PM workload, assign jobs, and monitor accountability
Troubleshoot field issues quickly; support crews with hands-on solutions
Ensure accurate measurement reports, documentation, and invoicing
Maintain scheduling accuracy and workflow consistency
Serve as the internal resource for the sales team on installation procedures
Maintain clean and consistent communication across sales, production, PMs, and office staff
Construction Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Experience scaling residential construction or exterior remodeling operations
Process improvement experience
Ability to coach and develop PMs and field teams
Experience managing coordination across multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong operational instincts
