Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Review and verify accuracy of incoming medical records, reports, and test results
- Organize and file patient records in a secure and confidential manner
- Ensure that all medical records are current and up-to-date
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve medical record accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to resolve medical record discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Full-time position
