The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will champion operational excellence, remove barriers to progress, and ensure programs deliver measurable value aligned with strategic goals.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will champion operational excellence, remove barriers to progress, and ensure programs deliver measurable value aligned with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive-level enterprise programs.
- Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plans, scopes, schedules, and governance structures.
- Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures; participate in creation and execution of project work plans to ensure successful delivery measured by goals and customer satisfaction.
- Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects by conducting active risk monitoring and controls throughout each project’s duration.
- Enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and identify mutually beneficial outcomes for the business.
- 7+ years of experience working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly.
- Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information.
- Demonstrated change management skills and experience.
- Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product, and engineering teams to help them achieve their goals.
- Ability to provide executive-level communication of program and project status, ensuring stakeholders understand related risks, issues, and activities.
