Position Overview:

The Strategy Manager (SM) will focus on building internal capabilities, best practices, and reusable assets to strengthen organizational excellence and support company-wide growth. While the DOs continue to focus externally on client acquisition, relationship building, and portfolio expansion, the SM will focus internally to enhance efficiency, innovation, and delivery enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Capability Building Develop and maintain internal best practices, playbooks, and reusable templates. Build knowledge repositories by Strategy to strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Support to DOs and Growth Initiatives Collaborate with DOs to research materials, marketing collaterals, and industry-specific GTM kits. Assist in market and competitor analysis to support DO-led strategies.
  • Process Standardization and Quality Improvement Define, document, and standardize internal processes for delivery documentation, and governance reporting. Establish performance dashboards to track portfolio health and operational efficiency.
  • Marketing Enablement Work closely with Marketing to develop whitepapers, case studies, and blogs. Support internal and external events, webinars, podcasts, and campaigns to strengthen Chetu s brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Partnership Enablement Work closely with the partnership team to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new strategic and channel partners that align with our services and offerings.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate with Delivery, HR, Marketing, and PMO teams to align learning programs, enable resource readiness, and share insights that support company-wide growth objectives.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting Track and report on key performance metrics including assets created, proposals supported, trainings conducted, and innovation outcomes. Present quarterly impact reports to the leadership team.
  • Growth Team Interaction along with DO: Collaborate with the Growth Team and DOs to share strategy insights, updates, and opportunities from the strategy that support expansion.
  • RFP details and timelines: Maintain internal tracking for their assigned RFPs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and ownership details are communicated and met.
  • POCs and Accelerators: Work with the team to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and accelerators to enhance delivery efficiency and innovation.
  • Certifications: Track and coordinate organizational and certifications to ensure compliance and strengthen company credibility for their managed strategies.
  • Cross Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for cross-portfolio collaboration and assist departments in leveraging internal capabilities for new growth areas with their managed strategies.
