- Accounting & Finance: Manage banking, billing, AP/AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff
- Human Resources: Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies
- Additional: ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller
- Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
