Main Purpose of Job
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain Organization. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying opportunities for value creation, process improvement, risk mitigation, and performance optimization across supply chain operations. This role involves conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses related to production planning, stock deployment, logistics, and working capital activities, including cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and supply chain planning. Additionally, the analyst will take the lead in strategizing and communicating improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis, the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain activities
- Dashboards/Reports: Create, maintain, improve and publish various performance dashboards, including Logistic KPIs, for management reporting and financial reviews
- Data Management: Partner with various stakeholders to ensure data is managed and captured adequately to support data analysis
- Data analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets, including historical data (production plan, stock movements, sales forecast and actuals), to identify patterns, correlations, and key drivers of cost impacts, propose adequate improvements and manage the implementation end to end.
- Collaborate actively in the Anaplan implementation projects from Business case build up to, implementation, testing and support post Go-Live
- Collaborate daily with the deployment team, find room for improvements and ensure service is kept at the highest level while write off and logistic costs are at the lowest.
Key Measurables
- Quality of the weekly Logistic KPI management
- Meeting with Supply Chain Planning weekly
- Meeting with Deployment team daily
- Number of Initiatives implemented, and Savings generated
- Success of new Anaplan modules implementation
- Service level reaching 98.5+
Qualifications
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive decisions.
- Background in data analysis, supply chain, finance, sales or operations
- Excellent analytical, financial and technical project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships globally both internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and Power Query
- Experience with JDE or Anaplan is a plus
The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year.
