What You’ll Do
- Design and optimize electrical or mechanical systems for reliability, performance, and safety.
- Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Contribute to rapid development cycles while ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions quickly.
- Document work clearly and communicate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Strong analytical skills paired with resourcefulness and ingenuity.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and thrive under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar design software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working in dynamic, high-energy environments.
