There is one full-time position available within the Intensive Treatment Adolescent Program.

Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Assistant Program Manager, this role provides frontline leadership for program initiatives, including the ARC framework, Safety-Care, and MAP. The position delivers targeted coaching, mentoring, and training for assigned staff; supports interviewing, scheduling, and payroll workflows; and drives compliance with Agency policies, codes of conduct, and all licensing and regulatory standards. The role also provides therapeutic crisis management and real-time problem-solving within the milieu, leveraging ARC and Safety-Care strategies to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, with a High School Diploma required. Candidates must bring two to three years of residential experience, including prior supervisory responsibility; a combined mix of experience and education will be considered. MAP certification is required, along with demonstrated consistent job performance, reliable attendance, and full compliance with all mandated training hours.
