This role supports full-cycle hiring, campus recruiting, intern programs, and Learning & Development activities while maintaining accurate HR and recruiting data. This role supports full-cycle hiring, campus recruiting, intern programs, and Learning & Development activities while maintaining accurate HR and recruiting data. Full-Cycle Recruiting Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Draft and manage job postings that attract top industry-specific talent, including heavy civil construction, corporate, engineering, and safety roles.
- Post and update job listings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and ensure hiring managers are prepared for each stage of the process.
- Screen resumes for open roles and route qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Manager or hiring managers.
- Maintain a clean and accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records and recruiting data are organized and up to date.
- Assist with tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks and support efficient recruiting processes.
- Support sourcing efforts, outreach, and pipeline-building for various roles across the organization.
- Coordinate logistics for career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews at priority schools.
- Assist in screening and evaluating internship and entry-level candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Track intern program participants, collect feedback, and support end-of-program evaluations and wrap-up documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, student groups, and university career centers.
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team based on priorities and available bandwidth, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with Learning & Development initiatives, including training logistics, scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) training records.
- Prepare documentation, communication materials, and resources for employee training, compliance programs, and HR initiatives.
- Support company-wide HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement efforts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while assisting with employee files, documentation, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
- Use HR systems such as the ATS, VistaWeb, and other HR platforms to accurately enter data, process information, and complete requested inquiries.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR employment regulations, laws, and best practices for the regions we support.
- Work effectively in a matrix environment, supporting both corporate Talent Acquisition and regional operations.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members and employees across various departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

- 3+ Years in Talent Acquisition with progressive experience in an organization with greater than 500 employees.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ATS software
- Knowledge of best practices and relevant employment law
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
