Responsible for all of the steps involved in producing the final product to be delivered to consumers. Activities include production, planning, engineering, maintenance, etc.
Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications. Identifies, diagnoses, and repairs machinery and building systems as needed in a timely manner. Ensures that facility disruption is kept to a minimum.
Typical Capabilities
Scope: Supports large teams and/or mid-size or major projects/ programs/external customers.
Complexity: Works autonomously within established practices and procedures. Provides guidance, coaching, and direction for teammates.
Problem Solving: Solves complex problems with little or no precedent. Identifies and recommends process improvements
Knowledge & Skills: Has breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
- 5:30pm – 5:30am (Every other Mon) & Tues – Thurs
