- Assisting surgeons and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Monitoring patient vitals and responding to intraoperative needs
- Maintaining sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols
- Strong understanding of OR procedures and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
