Sr. Marketing Manager – Luxury Residential Development
Salary: $125K–$130K + Bonus |
Are you a strategic, creative marketing leader ready to build something from the ground up? We’re seeking a hands-on Sr. Marketing Manager to own the full marketing function for a fast-growing luxury residential development company in the Seattle area.
In this role, you’ll combine big-picture thinking with meticulous execution—shaping brand identity, leading high-impact campaigns, and creating exceptional experiences that elevate visibility and attract high-end buyers. You’ll define processes, establish systems, and eventually grow your own marketing team, all while contributing directly to the day-to-day marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead the marketing function from scratch—developing strategy, tools, KPIs, and processes.
- Define, refine, and elevate the brand across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a premium, high-quality image.
- Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, social media, and compelling content that resonates with buyers and brokers.
- Plan and execute signature events, open houses, and community activations to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate across sales, development, and executive-level projects to ensure marketing supports business growth and operational excellence.
Who You Are:
- Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial—you thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments.
- Passionate about brand storytelling, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on, ready to execute—from content creation to event planning.
- Confident working independently, building processes, and making things happen with little structure.
- Experience in luxury residential or high-end real estate marketing is preferred!
Performance Impact:
- Launch a 12-month marketing strategy within 60 days.
- Build a strong, consistent luxury brand across all touchpoints.
- Drive digital engagement and qualified traffic to listings.
- Execute signature events and community activations with measurable success.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $125,000 – $130,000 (DOE) + annual bonus
- 3 weeks PTO + 8 federal holidays
