About The Role
We’re seeking a VP of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Development to create and scale relationships with key industry partners and customers. You’ll initiate high-value external engagements while collaborating closely with leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies. This role spans partnerships, customer development, business operations, and organizational readiness for growth.

You’ll initiate high-value external engagements while collaborating closely with leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies. This role spans partnerships, customer development, business operations, and organizational readiness for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships across a range of industries and technical domains.
- Develop customer and partner programs, guiding them from exploration to execution.
- Support investor relations and contribute to capital strategy.
- Drive commercial and operational processes that enable early revenue and customer success.
- Contribute broadly across business functions as the company scales.
- Strong network across relevant industries, customers, and investment groups.
- Experience forming strategic partnerships or commercial programs in deep tech, frontier tech, or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to build credibility and trust in the room with C-level or VP-level executives at leading companies (e.g., Pfizer, TSMC, BMW).
- Ability to work across finance, operations, legal, and commercial execution.
- Clear communicator who can operate effectively with technical and executive teams.
- Comfortable shaping new processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
