Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations across Front- and Back-of-House
• Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met
• Manage budgets, labor, and full P&L accountability
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for long-term success
• Foster a positive culture centered on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a high-volume casual or family-style restaurant
• Demonstrated leadership of 15+ team members
• Strong communication, coaching, and operational skills
• Stable employment history
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
