We’re searching for a talented and driven Project Management Intern to join our team!
Your Day-to-Day
Provide customers with updates on small project work orders, technician scheduling, parts on order, and any potential delays
Manage growth and retention of all assigned accounts
Coordinate meetings with internal departments as needed
Obtain and submit work order quotes, following up for approvals
Follow up on current customer jobs to ensure satisfaction
Analyze work order types and frequency to identify cost-saving opportunities for customers
Visit offices and job sites regularly to train customers and regional operators
Guide design partners to maintain standards for custom and prototype restaurant designs, including reinvestments
Handle escalated customer calls by researching issues and providing possible solutions
Track regional design and energy projects to ensure they are on-time, within budget, and aligned with customer pipelines
Conduct monthly audits of quotes and invoices for compliance with customer requirements
Generate weekly and monthly reports for customers
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Junior or Senior in Business Management or related field
1–2 years customer service or account management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF)
Experience with internal systems for work orders, reports, and invoicing
