Location: Bronx, NY. Occasional travel to client sites may be required for hardware deliveries, setup, or quality assurance checks.

What’s driving this hire: As Chexology continues to grow, so does the volume of client hardware orders that flow through our Bronx fulfillment space. To maintain the high quality our clients expect, we’re expanding our Operations team with reliable, detail-oriented support for assembly, packaging, and order fulfillment. This role will be key in ensuring each order is prepared accurately, efficiently, and to Chexology’s standards, supporting both day-to-day operations and large client project rollouts.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Detail-oriented and take pride in quality, whether labeling boxes or inspecting equipment.
- Comfortable with occasional moderate physical work (lifting up to ~50 lbs).
- Positive, collaborative attitude and communicate well with teammates.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Assemble and prepare Chexology hardware kits (iPads or iPhones, device accessories, readers, cables, and tags) for shipment.
- Pick, pack, and label client orders with attention to accuracy, security, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the fulfillment area.
- Conduct inventory counts, restock supplies, and communicate low stock levels to the Operations Manager.
- Support incoming deliveries by unloading, inspecting, and organizing materials.
- Perform basic quality checks on assembled items to ensure all parts function and meet standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to meet weekly shipping deadlines and project timelines.
- Assist with other hardware or process-related tasks as needed.
- Exposure to a fast-growing tech company that bridges software and hardware.
- Training in inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes.
- A supportive, collaborative team environment where your contribution has a direct impact.
- Prior experience in assembly, fulfillment, warehouse, or operations support is helpful but not required.
- Ability to regularly commute to our Bronx, NY, location.
