POSITION SUMMARY

The Rental Shop Technician is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guest in need of rental skis or snowboards.

Education / Experience/ Skills And Ability Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to complete Salomon Binding Technician Training and Certification

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checking and assigning baskets to guests
  • Checking and assigning skis and snowboards
  • Assisting in boot fitting and ski/ snowboard dispatch
  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Providing support for the Food & Beverage department as needed

Marginal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
  • Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
  • Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
