AGRICULTURAL DEALER PARTS ASSOCIATE (m/f/d) LEMKEN USA

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Dealer Support: Assist dealers with parts inquiries, order processing, pricing, and product availability. Provide accurate information and excellent customer service by phone, email, or in-person.
  • Parts Identification: Help identify the correct parts based on machine type, serial number, and issue description.
  • Order Management: Process parts orders accurately in the ERP system, ensure proper documentation, and monitor order progress through to delivery. Communicate lead times and backorders proactively.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to dealer and internal service team requests. Resolve order issues, recommend substitutions when necessary, and follow up on customer satisfaction. Being a contact for all US dealers and agents regarding spare parts.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Being responsible for receiving and shipments of spare parts.
  • Support in parts pricing
  • Inventory Coordination: Assist with inventory checks, part counts, and reordering. Support warehouse personnel in parts receiving and organization when needed.

 

Your skills and qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or ag-related education is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in parts sales, service, or ag machinery (preferred).
  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery, components, and terminology is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or parts systems a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
