Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with executives to define priorities and oversee execution of key initiatives.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor performance metrics, streamline processes, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments to enhance communication and deliver results.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive work environment that supports employee development and organizational values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- +10 years of experience in operations or client services leadership roles
- +5 years of leading, developing, and upskilling high-performance teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is preferred
- Demonstrated success in strategy execution, performance management, and cross-functional leadership
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and align multiple stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Executive presence and influence
