We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who loves building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping patients make confident decisions about their care.

What You’ll Do:

• Present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
• Review insurance estimates, payment options, and financing (including CareCredit)
• Coordinate efficiently with clinical and front office teams
• Build lasting, trust-based relationships as the patient’s main point of contact
• Support accurate record-keeping and production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role (CareStack a plus)
• Understanding of cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry
• Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
• Growth-minded, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Dental assisting experience and/or CPR certification
