Job Description:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

• The Application System Analyst II serves as a liaison between system end users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications in a timely and high-quality manner.
• They provide application support and optimization while collaborating with the Service Desk to address service requests.
• The analyst must be able to evaluate business issues, requirements, and workflows and apply application knowledge to meet operational needs.
• Responsibilities include participating in analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation of medium- to high-complexity application activities.
• The role requires healthcare domain knowledge and systems expertise to manage implementation with minimal guidance.
• The associate should be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively in team environments.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to solve moderate incidents without direction.
• Ability to develop new functionality for requests with minimal direction.
• Experience working in team settings and assisting junior team members.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise.
• Ability to make decisions regarding routine work with minimal supervision.
• Independent judgment with analysis of variable factors.
• Collaboration with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions.
• Mentoring or training experience for team members in similar functional areas.
• Epic Analysts: Certification in Epic Hospital Billing module.
  
  

Qualification and Education:

• Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
