We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking GOALKEEPER COACH to join our mission to share our story, win championships, increase, and delight our fans. Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with all goalkeepers to create a high-performance development environment.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine a world-class goalkeeper program aligned with the club’s game model and performance objectives.
• Lead the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of the goalkeeping unit.
• Contribute to match preparation, support in-game decision-making processes, and lead post-match goalkeeper analysis and review.
• Work collaboratively within the club’s multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure integrated, athlete-centered planning.
• Provide individualized development plans, high-quality feedback, and ongoing support to each goalkeeper.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and make effective decisions under pressure.
  
  

Required Education

• Goalkeeper A Diploma (UEFA, USSF, or equivalent)
• UEFA B / USSF B Licence (or equivalent)
  
  

Desired Education

• UEFA A / USSF A Licence (or equivalent)
  
  

Required Experience

• Coaching experience at the highest competitive level of the women’s game.
  
  

Desired Experience

• Prior coaching experience in the NWSL.
  
  

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent collaborator with proven experience working within a high-performance MDT environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
• Exceptional on-pitch coaching ability specific to goalkeeping.
• Strong ability to build relationships that empower individuals and groups to reach their full potential.
• Ability to facilitate effective collaboration between the goalkeepers and the players in adjacent roles/positions.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks that have the greatest impact on performance.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous professional development.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Ability to design, deliver, and enhance a world-class set-piece program.
