Qualifications Required
- Must hold a current BCBA certification.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Recommended: 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. This should include familiarity with traditional DTT programs, Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior, direct strategies, early intervention, and natural environment teaching.
- Exudes clear and concise communication with executive staff, supervisory staff, and therapists.
- Communicates with supervisors using solution-based language.
- Demonstrates exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues and superiors to achieve both individual and corporate objectives.
- Offers direct, honest, and respectful solutions, strategies, and opinions when collaborating with executive staff.
- Shows excellent time management skills.
- Experience with caseload management and special projects.
- Promotes a positive work environment through exceptional teamwork skills.
- Provide mentoring, supervision, and support to clients by conducting direct case management at least once per week. Identify individual deficits and develop and implement tailored programs based on evidence-based ABA methodologies at the highest quality level. Ensure that all programs include goal setting, lesson progression, real-time data collection and analysis, and behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct relevant clinic meetings and ensure comprehensive information dissemination to staff and families.
- Meet billable hour requirements per funding source guidelines. Oversee family and funding source communications to ensure program hours are achieved, managing absences effectively.
- Handle a diversified caseload, including various ages, diagnoses, and funding source requirements. Conduct assessments under supervision, mastering protocols such as ABBLS, VB-MAPP, and BDI. Develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs and conduct supervised Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis.
- Maintain and organize all administrative and client records, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements. Collaborate with Program Supervisors to maintain an effective organizational environment for staff.
