A successful Ferrari Sales Associate will guide clients through a personalized and highly consultative sales experience, ensuring that every interaction aligns with the elevated standards of Ferrari and our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury-forward experience to every client, from initial greeting through delivery and ongoing ownership support.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, collectors, and enthusiasts; foster repeat business through proactive followup and personalized outreach.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, performance preferences, and personalization desires.
- Present vehicle features, performance specifications, customization programs, and ordering processes in a knowledgeable and engaging manner.
- Support clients in the Ferrari personalization and build-to-order experience, ensuring all bespoke elements are accurately communicated and executed.
- Coordinate and host private viewings, test drives, exclusive events, and preview sessions for new model introductions.
- Maintain a polished showroom environment aligned with Ferrari brand standards.
- Stay up to date on Ferrari model lineup, brand heritage, technological advancements, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure seamless sales and ownership experiences.
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activities in CRM; maintain accuracy and integrity of client records and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacture’s policies, procedures and training requirements.
- Assist in developing local networking efforts and brand partnerships to expand the dealership’s client portfolio.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
- Proven track record in luxury automotive sales strongly preferred; success with high-level luxury retail or private client services experience may also be considered.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, refined, and polished demeanor with the ability to represent a global luxury brand with discretion and integrity.
- Highly self-motivated with strong follow through and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
