About MarcoPolo Learning
Founded in 2013, MarcoPolo Learning is an award‑winning educational technology company dedicated to advancing early childhood education through innovative, research‑driven solutions and best‑in‑class support. Our products are used in thousands of public and private schools across North America. MarcoPolo Learning is headquartered in New York City, with support offices in Tampa, Houston, and London (UK).
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Early Learning Solutions Specialist to join our growing team and represent MarcoPolo Learning in key regional markets. This is NOT a traditional sales role—it's a unique opportunity for educators who want to leave the classroom but stay connected to their passion for early childhood education.
As an Early Learning Solutions Specialist, you'll be the face of MarcoPolo Learning in your region, building authentic relationships with educators and administrators at the local level. You'll split your time between supporting existing partner schools, evangelizing our products at regional conferences and county office meetings, and helping to expand our footprint through grassroots relationship-building.
This position is ideal for former teachers who have a natural ability to connect with educators, love presenting and demonstrating educational products, and want to make a broader impact on early childhood education—without the pressure of traditional sales quotas or commission structures.
Travel Requirements: Regular attendance at local and regional conferences (typically 3-4 per year in your region), plus occasional site visits to partner schools. This is a remote position, but you must be based in or near your target market.
What You'll Do
Product Evangelism & Community Building
Required Qualifications
As an Early Learning Solutions Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of transforming early childhood education. The relationships you build will directly impact thousands of children and hundreds of educators. You'll help teachers discover tools that make their jobs easier and their instruction more effective. And you'll be part of a mission-driven team that's passionate about making quality early learning accessible to all children.
If you're a former teacher who wants to scale your impact, stay connected to the education community you love, and avoid the pressure of traditional sales roles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe diverse perspectives make us stronger and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
