Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.



  • Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires.

  • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

  • Assist in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Manage affirmative action planning and reporting.

  • Utilize HR software systems such as SyncHR, ADP & Yardi to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes.

  • Stay up to date with current HR trends and best practices.

  • Knowledge of ADP payroll supports the HR department in various areas, including employee relations, performance management, Entering New Hires, and compliance.


Qualifications 



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong conflict management skills.

  • Experience in human capital management and training development is preferred.
