What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate workshops for small student groups following structured curriculum playbooks
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions designed to drive students toward ambitious targets
• Leverage storytelling, vocal techniques, and dynamic presence to captivate students and advance mastery of complex skills
• Apply AI tools and individual student profiles to tailor incentives and sustain high engagement
• Monitor student progress, implement mastery-based assessments, and refine approaches using outcome data
  
  

Basic Requirements

Early Childhood Specialist key responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading groups of children ages 4–8 (teaching, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proven record of academic achievement (examples: National Merit Scholar, early college enrollment, academic competitions)
• Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
