Key Responsibilities
Must be results oriented with a high energy level improvement- willing to invest the time and effort necessary to facilitate change.
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products.
Strong written and verbal skills
On-Site, Tinley Park IL
Salary - $45,000 to $70,000 plus commission depending on experience.
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k options for all full time employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and promote Liberty Creative Solutions’ services
- Generate leads through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and trade shows
- Track leads, manage pipeline, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with marketing and client goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Hunter mentality, eager to seek out and win new business
- Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Sales, marketing, or business development experience (not required)
