Physiatrist (PM&R) at Azza HealthCare Agency

We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) to provide outpatient rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurorehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.

• Perform functional assessments and collaborate with therapy and behavioral teams.
• Manage non-surgical treatment plans, track progress, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Focus on restoring function, managing pain, and supporting return-to-work strategies.
  
  

Requirements include board certification or eligibility in PM&R, an active California medical license, and experience in musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation. Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred. The role offers a patient-first approach with schedule predictability, no weekends or on-call, and flexible full- or part-time options. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 annually, with in-person work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
