Job Description:

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Pomona, CA (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess proven analytical skills and the ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis, gather and document business requirements, evaluate data, and develop actionable insights. This role requires 5-7 years of relevant experience and the ability to support key business initiatives through strong project management and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct moderately complex quantitative analyses by gathering, documenting, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Develop strategies that enable efficient and effective use of industry best practices.
• Identify business requirements, define approaches, recommend solutions, estimate costs, assess risks, and provide viable options.
• Lead implementation activities for initiatives, applications, or feature sets.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including definitions, requirements, conversion steps, testing plans, implementation processes, and training materials.
• Prioritize initiatives by evaluating business value, effort, and available options.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand product direction, release plans, and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, systems, and architectures.
• Support the Product Development team by reviewing user stories and business requirements.
• Review Business Process Documents created by system integrators for completeness and accuracy.
• Serve as the communication bridge between system integrators and project sponsors or business SMEs to clarify requirements.
• Work with Advisors and POD owners to manage tasks that help advance development toward testing and completion.
  
  

Required Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 7 years of experience performing business or data analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and assess their business value.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles related to:
• Material Management
• Warehouse Management
• Procurement
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical teams.
