Summary
Assistant Account Manager will take on the management of key client projects. Assistant Account Manager responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation -- including managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications, federal and state regulations.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniq
- Report and escalate to management as
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 1-2 years of proven working experience as a project engineer in a production environment
- Ability to execute multi-disciplinary projects requiring cross functional teams within the company.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
- Time management and organization skills
- Experience in Heavy Duty and/or EV automotive industry
- Experience with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in Heavy Duty and/or EV automotive industry
- Experience with design verification planning and reporting on components/systems.
- Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and countermeasure identification skills related to vehicle systems.
- Working knowledge of: FMEA, 8D problem solving, Six Sigma, DFM/DFA and Lean Principles
