Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' mental health needs
• Prescribe and monitor medications under supervision
• Conduct evaluations and track patient progress
• Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Build trusting relationships with patients
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in IA with at least 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of patient care standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred but not required: psychiatry experience
