About The Role
Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about brightening someone’s day?Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and deliver fun, meaningful activities for our residents in a warm and supportive skilled nursing environment.
You’ll play a key role in helping our residents stay engaged, active, and socially connected — because at Mantey Heights, we believe that life should be celebrated every day!
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning, organizing, and carrying out daily activities such as games, arts & crafts, exercise programs, outings, and special events.Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to meet a variety of interests and abilities.Help document attendance, resident preferences, and engagement levels.Provide companionship and positive interactions that enhance residents’ emotional well-being.Support the Life Enrichment Director in creating an uplifting and fun environment.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, energetic personality with a heart for seniors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependability and teamwork mindset.
Ability to plan and participate in physical and recreational activities.
Previous experience in recreation, activities, or senior care is a plus (but not required).
