Position Overview
Responsible for pre-screening clients before admission to NARA outpatient program, answering multi-line phone system, greeting, and directing clients and guests, and for providing secretarial support to Outpatient Treatment staff.

Responsible for pre-screening clients before admission to NARA outpatient program, answering multi-line phone system, greeting, and directing clients and guests, and for providing secretarial support to Outpatient Treatment staff.
What You Will Do
- Work with Clinical management to develop resources for referrals to other programs and services as needed.
- Provides intake information to appropriate requestors/referents via phone, or mail.
- Prescreening clients for entry into the Outpatient program.
- Prepares and processes intake packets with clients, obtain signatures and ensure they are knowledgeable about process.
- Make copies of the client’s state ID and if applicable, Tribal ID.
- Answer multi-line phone system, schedule client appointments, and greet clients/guests and direct appropriately.
- Fill out the UA forms and observe UA’s when needed.
- Fill in the client registration information as needed.
- Data entry, imputing client’s information into database
- Provides lunch/break and back-up coverage for reception.
- Receive and help clinical staff track all legal referrals from Courts, Probation Officers, etc. and maintain contact with referents until clients arrive for treatment or do not follow through with referral.
- Works collaboratively, and maintains professional boundaries with clients, other NARA staff, team members, and treats everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
