We’re looking for a seasoned relationship-sales professional — someone who has built territories, grown referral channels, or worked in commission-driven roles — to help expand our community partnerships.

✓ Proven Experience In Sales Or Business Development
Ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, education services, or similar relationship-driven industries.
✓ Experience In Commission-based Or Performance-based Roles
You’ve been responsible for creating results and have succeeded in doing so.
✓ A history of building relationships that lead to measurable outcomes
You understand trust-building, follow-through, and long-game relationship cultivation.
This is not an entry-level outreach role — we’re looking for someone who already knows how to grow a territory and enjoys the craft of relationship-driven sales.

- What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinics, schools, therapy centers, and community organizations
- Conduct regular field visits, host conversations, and maintain warm follow-ups
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities
- Track outreach and referral activity (training provided)
- Work directly with leadership to shape strategy and territory planning
- What Background We’re Looking For
