As Regal’s Quality Engineer, you’ll be both a hands-on tester and a champion of quality across our technology ecosystem. You’ll design and maintain automation for iOS, Android, and web while promoting a “whole team quality” mindset — where everyone from developers to designers plays a part in ensuring a world-class guest experience.

What will you be doing?
As a member of Regal’s Technology cast, you’ll:
- Lead initiatives that embed quality thinking across teams and throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coach and collaborate with developers and QA peers on testing best practices, TDD, BDD, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in design and code reviews, influencing testability and maintainability from the start.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for mobile (XCUITest, Espresso) and web (Playwright) platforms.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable feedback loops.
- Perform both automated and exploratory testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Track key quality metrics like automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness.
- Stay ahead of new frameworks, CI/CD tools, and agile practices to keep Regal’s quality program cutting-edge.
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for mentoring and influencing peers.
- 7+ years of software quality engineering experience, with strong automation skills.
- A strong grasp of agile practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) and modern development pipelines.
- Expertise in Playwright and at least one native mobile automation framework (XCUITest, Espresso, or UIAutomator).
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
- (Bonus Features) Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or device farms — plus knowledge of accessibility, performance, or security testing.
