Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Digital: CUE- Visual Design; Digital: User Experience Design (UXD)/ Visual Design; Digital : User Experience (UX); Digital : CUE - UI / Interaction Design
- Experience with design systems and asset libraries.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Final Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of design assets to ensure they meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
- Create visual assets/images for the business requirements
- Produce variants of existing assets according to the business and compliance requirements.
- Design Configuration: Create and configure new design elements that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Asset Publishing: Publish and maintain approved design assets in shared libraries or repositories for use by the broader design team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Design Consistency: Uphold and advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a design or visual production role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to man age multiple projects simultaneously.
