What's the Job?
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative study protocols, interfacing with participants in physical or virtual lab spaces and moderating sessions.
- Implement study session designs to ensure optimal quality and efficiency of data collection.
- Demonstrate expertise with Research Operations tools and processes required to conduct designated research activities.
- Support Participant Care team by contacting potential participants, screening, and scheduling them, as well as responding to participant inquiries to encourage attendance and minimize no-shows.
- Contribute to non-testing research activities, including miscellaneous research projects, data coding, confidentiality document processing, lab and facilities maintenance, and testing of tools and technology.
- General knowledge of human observational research, experimental design, and questionnaire research.
- Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills across phone, email, and electronic media.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Interest in popular computer and video games and game culture.
- A BA/BS in Psychology (cognitive, experimental, or social), HCI/HFE, or experience in Human Factors or User Research.
