Your Impact
- Drive revenue growth by engaging existing and prospective clients, with a strong emphasis on COOP sales and data-driven fundraising strategies.
- Develop and execute consultative relationship strategies through regular meetings and events.
- Deliver tailored proposals and innovative solutions that highlight the value of SimioCloud’s cooperative data.
- Network at industry events to generate leads and convert opportunities into measurable results.
- Lead financial solution design, governance, and cross-functional implementation.
- Shape strategic direction for organizational architecture and process frameworks.
- Integrate evolving business, regulatory, and market needs into finance operations.
- Lead governance forums to define and uphold financial standards.
- Advise on business trends, operational shifts, and enterprise risk.
- Mentor account managers and cross-functional teams to enhance service and satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding of new accounts for seamless transitions and engagement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Support RFPs with research and vendor coordination for competitive bids.
- Manage complex disciplines and deliver services across business units and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in client relationship management, financial strategy, or direct marketing.
- Proven success in COOP sales, nonprofit fundraising, or data-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of direct mail fundraising, production terminology, and USPS regulations.
- Working knowledge of design, print, digital art, data processing, and mail shop operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Acrobat and data manipulation tools preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport and navigate sensitive client interactions.
