Primary Responsibilities
Sourcing & Selection
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels, including community networking, referrals, centers of influence, online platforms, career fairs, and advertising.
- Build and maintain high-quality relationships both internally and externally to generate referrals and promote career opportunities within the organization.
- Execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, including conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing the full candidate lifecycle.
- Partner with leadership to diversify sourcing approaches and ensure alignment with the organization's ideal candidate profile.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and share best practices with the team.
- Track recruitment metrics, activities, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and progress toward goals.
- Analyze sourcing channels and candidate data to optimize strategies and report on key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate on recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business, human resources, or a related field), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related coordination role, including sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage communities and develop referral networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and social media platforms for sourcing.
- High drive for achievement, creativity in problem-solving, and comfort in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition is a plus.
