Description
Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Collect and analyze EH&S data, generating reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain chemical inventories and associated safety documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Support and coordinate all required EH&S training programs for employees across departments.
Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, and overall environmental and safety performance.
Monitor workplace conditions and practices, promoting a safe and compliant environment.
Facilitate compliance with 6S standards in both production and office areas.
Manage and update Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and documentation.
Assist in preparation and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for corporate and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate regulatory changes and determine their impact on operations.
Prepare for and support ISO 14001 audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
Profile
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Environmental Science or a related field.
Up to 4 years of experience in environmental or EHS roles, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting information clearly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic, able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
