Westminster Communities of Florida is actively recruiting for a full time Home Care Scheduler for its location in Bradenton, FL. This position will coordinate staffing schedules and ensure staffing for clients on all shifts; will assist in collecting credentialing documentations as they expire each year.

Essential Job Functions
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in home care or staffing agency.
Experience And Basic Knowledge
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual with good time management and relationship building skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with staff members when preparing the monthly schedule.
Behaviors Preferred
Team Player: works well as a member of a multi site group. Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest. Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.

Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for caregivers (HHA/CNA and LPNs) based on census needs. The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Post daily and or weekly updates to the schedule.
- Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and other payroll related documentation on a bi-weekly basis. Accuracy and timeliness are required for this function.
- Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call/no-shows. Immediately inform the RN Supervisor of employee’s unplanned absences.
