This role offers the opportunity to reshape K-12 education by deploying an advanced AI-driven MTSS framework that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the conventional pace. You will support the national rollout of a transformative Multi-Tiered System of Support that leverages intelligent technology to produce exceptional learning results.

We are a stealth-mode startup in search of a seasoned MTSS professional with a proven track record in establishing and overseeing district-wide intervention systems. Though you will be implementing our AI-enhanced platform instead of conventional frameworks, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS workflows, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be vital in guiding districts through this transition to a superior methodology.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating and implementing district rollout strategies that ensure robust uptake of our MTSS framework
• Conducting dynamic professional development sessions that prepare educators to use our solution with enthusiasm and competence
• Tracking implementation metrics and interpreting student achievement data to confirm districts meet their objectives
• Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives

RTI Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Drive meaningful improvements in student performance by guiding districts through the successful deployment of our AI-powered MTSS framework to achieve quantifiable gains in learning outcomes.

Basic Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
